Smoking increases your heartbeat. So how it affects your performance?When your heartbeat increases, so increase in blood flow or we can say blood pressure.
Then the worst thing happens to decrease your blood flow and so, your overall performance reduces as compared to non-smokers and your overall performance affected negatively.
It is found that a normal smokers heartbeat is 30% faster than the non-smokers heartbeat.
Affect Testosterone
There are chances to damage cells that helps to produce testosterone hormone. As we know that Testosterone is the primary hormones in the male body. Testosterone regulates many things sex drive, body fat, bone mass, blood flow, production of RBC etc.
Testosterone has also great benefit in muscle building and fat loss. Smoking damage cells that are important for testosterone production so the lack of testosterone drop down your workout results.

Need to teach Teenagers
As 9 out of 10 starts smoking before the age of 19. It means we need to teach teenagers and give real information about disadvantages and serious results of smoking.It's not the thing to look cool and handsome. ReplyDeleteA smoker also affects the people around with passive smoking also called (SHS) second hand smoking. The problem is that many smokers do not want to think about the health risk involved in it. The easiest way to stop smoking is not to begin at all.
The facts stated here will definitely make them aware of the advantages one has who doesn't smoke and help them decide for themselves, if its worth smoking or not?
