Truth: Every girl doesn't want to look like same. Everyone has their certain goals. Some want strength and athletic qualities, some want to just look lean, some requires a better health. It's a personal choice and vary person to person.

One more thing if your best friend desires to look slim and you want to be a lifter, then you cannot be the partners in the gym. So It's really Okay.

Myth 2: Protein Myth

Around 20 amino acids that make protein, 9 are essentials. Essential means, your body doesn't produce its own. You need to supply it with nutrition. You need to know the power and requirement of food.
A lot of women hesitate to have protein supplement or to have a high protein diet because they believe some myth listed below.

Protein makes you look bulky or Masculine

Protein makes you stronger. By having Whey protein supplement, your body recovers faster.
Numerous reasons to increase protein intake in your diet.

Whey protein doesn't contain any testosterone or anabolic things. It's just a protein and DON'T HAVE ANYTHING THAT IS SPECIFIC FOR MEN.
So Ladies, you just have a small amount of testosterone in your body, helps you for lean muscles and look toned.

High Protein is not good for your kidney

As we know that women and men, both need proper macros in their diet to achieve a goal. So it's not a thing that Women digestion is different from men.
Make sure you don't have any kidney problem prior and drink a lot of water for better working of your kidney. It's required for both men and women.

Myth 3: Creatine

Most of the people who are not familiar with the chemical process of body think to take creatine as a scary and dangerous substance and the worst thing for women. They think creatine is only for giant bodybuilders, but the truth is different. Creatine is only of the important substance and body already creates it and uses it as energy.
It is the primary source for short-term HIIT programs.
Our body already makes it, but if we do the intense workout or HIIT multiple times in a week, our body doesn't get enough creatine.
But we need to make sure that we need to drink enough water. The side effect is only we could get bit weight because muscles hold more water after it.

So, ladies, the point is that you need to break the myths, whatever the people think  DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL.
