How to look shredded for a Party or Photo Shoot

Do you have a plan to go out for a beach party, pool party, have any contest or photo shoot?

You can do all this by using some techniques, all are scientifically proven and a lot of researchers have been done on these things.

A lot of people maintain a huge muscle mass with single digit body fat without the use of any steroids.

So Below are the techniques to look sharp and shredded before for your contest or party, even your face will look sharp.
Most of the people get confused about these 3 things and how to use them effectively that are, Sodium, Carbs and Water.

Sodium Intake:

Before 2 Weeks(Sodium Loading) 

The first step comes when it's 2 weeks out from your peak day. You have to consume high sodium diet. The amount of water your body hold is related to sodium that your body holds.
So first you increase sodium level for few days and your body will react as to hold more water.

Science: We do it because when you increase sodium value in your diet, your body adapts it after several days and when you decrease sodium intake your body will hold the same amount of water.

At least 3-4 grams of sodium is recommended in this period. Means you need to take foods that are high in salt.

1 Week Left (Drop Sodium Intake)

 Now you need to drop down your sodium intake like
7th day- 2000mg sodium
6th day- 1000mg sodium
5th day- 500mg sodium
just half than the previous day.
This technique will flush all the excess water out from your body that makes you more vascular also.
Please read the sodium content on the label before having anything. 
Note it down chicken breast or mutton also contains sodium. So carefully calculate your sodium intake. A whole egg contains a good amount of sodium.

 Carbohydrate

7 Days Left (Drop the Carbs Intake):

Drop down the carbs intake if you really look shredded on your peak day. 
If your weight is 75 kg then, you need to take around maximum 75-85 gms of carbs in a day.
You come on low carbs because to deplete the glycogen level. Glycogen is a kind of stored carbs in your body. So we can use energy from glycogen and deplete it.
Glycogen also holds water in your muscles and it pulls your muscles and looks bigger and muscles blow up.

So the question is why we need to deplete Glycogen if it's important to look bigger?
But the truth is that when you deplete glycogen then we get a significant amount of glycogen than normal.

2 Days Left (Re-shock Again)

Yeah, definitely you want to look shredded but at the same, you need to look big and muscular. 
Now glycogen will play its role and pull water into your muscles. Not only to look big muscle size but also get shredded after all this.
So if your weight is 75, you need to have 75 then you need to have 240 to 300 grams of carbs.
Last day is the most crucial time for carbs loading.

Water

1 Week Left (A lot of water):

When 1 week left for the photo shoot, you need to drink a lot of water. As at the same time you are having low sodium. It helps you to flush out any unnecessary sodium into your body. 
And believe me, It really works.
You need to have around 5 to 7 litres of water in a day.

Last 2 days (Cut down water) :

2 days before, drink around 1 to 1.5 litre of water in the day. At the last day, drink 1 litre by small sips.
Because you're having a lot of water and low sodium. In spite of low sodium, you may hold water. To avoid it, we are going to cut down water intake.
Note: You need watch your body at last 2 days. If you feel like blurriness in your muscles hardness, start drinking water. If you feel dehydration, then also start having water.




Creatine HCl

 While you cut down your carbs on the last week, you need to have the energy to do your workout.
And also try to do full body workout with 30 minutes of cardio and maximum 1 minute rest period.
The advantage of creatine HCl (Hydrochloride) is that it doesn't hold water under your skin as creatine monohydrate do.
So you get energy from creatine to do your full body workout.
You don't need to have a lot of creatine, just 2-3 grams before workout and 2 grams post workout.

Now it's the time to rock in your photo shoot. Your abs look awesome, you look shredded and muscular.
