Maximize Your Results: Muscle Mind Connection

The Body Achieve What the Mind Believe, very well said by someone.

Are you lifting weights and not getting expected results? Do you have any stubborn muscle that is almost saying NO to grow?

I think you will get a solution here, Try this technique, you would get the guaranteed results. Read the complete article to understand it.

Mind Muscle Connection (MMC)

So here, I am talking about Mind Muscle Connection(MMC)
Most people also heard about it earlier. So What is the Mind Muscle Connection all about?

As we know, our every motion is controlled by our brain. When we do any physical exercise or any motion, the first brain sends a signal to muscle for contraction. And we have to come at a point where the brain meets the muscle and bind receptors to the muscle fibre.
The quality of MMC directly proportional to the muscle fibres you recruit. When you improve mind muscle connection you create a better quality of contraction and hence better workout.
You will feel the mind muscle connection internally, throughout the muscles as we know that a small muscle is also made up of so many individual muscle fibres.

Importance of MMC

As a bodybuilder or gym lover, we love to see many muscles like biceps brachii has 2 heads, short head and a long head. Deltoid has 3 muscle anterior, medial and posterior. We have to clearly show these 3 muscles and make a clear gap between these. To do this we have to focus on the target muscles and it requires maximum mind muscle connection for the maximum gain.

Let's take an example of Barbell Biceps Curl, if you lift 50kg with bad mind muscle connection, you lift the weight by involving your shoulders and bones. Your target muscles only bear 60% of the load, means biceps bears only 30kgs and also have chances of injury that would hurt you seriously.

If you reduce the weight and come in the range of 80 to 95% focus on the target muscle, you would get the things you are looking for.
You should be serious about each and every repetition of the exercise.
It is true that most people are so excited to lift a huge amount of weight and ignore their postures.
But it's very bad for muscle building.

How to Improve MMC

Leave your Ego at Home:

People are obsessed to just lift heavy weight, they ignore their form, their postures and that's why to fail to create mind muscle connection. Just forget about a number of plates and even don't look others load of lifting. You need to just concentrate on the muscle and the quality repetition.

Slow Range of Motion:

Reducing your weight in a bearable range is not enough, you have to perform your workout very slowly. One repetition should take 4 to 5 seconds. Try it out. It would help you to develop better MMC.

Warm Up:

Do warm set. Yes, it's very important to develop a mind-muscle connection. Do warm with a full range of motion and slow movement.

Conclusion

If you do very tough training, push yourself harder and not developing a mind muscle connection, you will not reach on your full development. You will get your maximum growth when you develop your maximum mind muscle connection.

You have to kick your mind's distraction that hinders you from achieving your goals.
Everyone wants to life heavy, and leaving the ego is also a very difficult task, but if you have your serious goals you have to learn this technique.
If someone makes laugh at you in the gym, let them laugh. And believe me, these types of people do gym for a very short period of time.
Hard work is very important, do smart with it and go to the next level.

Stay Healthy, Stay Blessed.
