How to improve you Body Odor

Some strong and irritating body odor is such a big problem that makes a negative effect on your personality. We know that skin is our largest organ so we have to take care of it and make it happy.
Although companies promote their products to improve body odor, they are temporary as we all know. They don't hit the genuine cause of it. There are so many natural remedies out there.

So lets discuss major remedies and causes.

Why Body Odor

The human body is a kind of machine and there is a waste-by product also in the functioning process.
So when we have any food or drink, our body also makes waste and usually, body odour comes when we are not able to clean up all the waste from the body.
When we feel stress, our body odour increase gradually. Some people get a bacterial infection because yeast condition that can convert sugar into alcohol and create a smell.
Our body has natural digestive flora that break down the residues in the intestines produces by high amino acid carnitine foods like red meat.
If they are in bad condition so the outcomes is a poor smell.
We have to give our body full chance to flush out various toxic substance from the body include sweating, urination, passing faecal things, through the skin.

Do Regular Wash

Regular bathing is must if you have to limit your bacterial counts of your body. When bathing focus on armpit, feet and joints. 
Make sure you dry well after your bath because moisture is the invitation for bacteria's.

Avoid Aluminum Deodorants

People use to apply many deodorants and have a big list of brand names. What they do? They just cover up your body odour. They also have a lot of disadvantages later on. They have some nasty chemical that goes into your blood cell and could be the cause of many diseases and disorders.

Some products have Aluminum it and they use Aluminum to stop the precipitation of your sweat glands. The then what happens, aluminum could accumulate in the nervous and it's the worst that could happen. This can be responsible for a nervous disorder and cause disease like Alzheimer.

Vinegar/Apple Cider Vinegar

Apply Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV) or simple white vinegar on the odor body part and cleaning them dry will help you to minimise the smell. 
As vinegar is a natural antiseptic so it uses to kill bacteria's on the skin.

Detox Yourself

Sometime your body pH of your urine and saliva is low, that is acidic, means your liver is not efficient in removing toxin. The main stream for removing toxin is through bowel and urine. If they are not going well than we get a smell from your body.
Drink a lot of water also helps to detox your bloodstream. Applying Vinegar and citrous food like lemon, oranges, etc are also help in detoxification.
Consult a doctor if feel uncomfortable.

Wear Natural Fiber

Yes!!! Your clothes matter. 
By using clothes you could make a difference in air flow and breath-ability on surface of your skin.
So natural fiber clothes are very beneficial for air flow. You could wear silk or cotton.
